People, animals and prayers!

Tonight, Jonah's devotion was about God creating animals and humans.  We read the whole devotion, the verses from the Bible and then talked about the questions.  When it came time to pray, I said "don't forget to thank God for creating animals and people."  He quickly responded "I'll just say thank you for making mammals because that will take care of both of those things with less words!"

Yes, yes it will!  You saved two whole words but sound so much smarter!

How sweet! What devotions do you use with him? Would like some suggestions for my 3 and 5 year old boys. Thanks

One of our favorites is The Jesus Storybook Bible. It is a must have. It isn't a devotion as much as the word of God on their level but always points back to Jesus.

I'll get the other ones out of his room after he naps and send you links to those also.
