Why?

Looking for a little feedback from a few of you bloggers? If you don't mind, leave a comment for me answering the following questions.

1. Were you motivated to start blogging by reading another blog? Whose blog was it?

2. What is your primary reason for blogging?

3. Have you ever made your blog private and only allowed certain readers?

I never really read blogs until after I started my own. I started blogging as a way to share my adventures during my 6 months in Scotland with friends and family back home. I continue blogging mostly because it's a fun way for me to share pictures and stories, it is a good way to look back on life, and it helps me with journaling when I finally get around to scrapbooking these events (usually 2 years later!).

1. Dave informs me that I did read blogs before I started ours, but I am not sure whose.

2. I do it because it's like an online journal with pictures. And I keep up on it better than I do my scrapbooks ;)

3. I went private for about three or so months, but then went public again bc I was getting a blog redesign and never went back to private. I am generally annoyed having to log into private blogs, so I feel bad making people do it but I think about it from time to time.

ok - i'll answer...
1. yes i was inspired to blog just by reading others. after stalking a few people for quite some time, i decided that i could do this!
2. i blog mainly to share with family/friends what is going on. it's a central location that everyone can go to and i don't have to worry about who has seen certain pictures, etc.
3. i've got several blogs - and only one of them is private.

1. I am sure that I have been inspired, collectively, by lots of blogs, to start my own.

2. My primary reason for blogging is to give me an "outlet" to share what I am learning, in hopes to help others out along the way! I feel like I have grown so much as a result.

3. Nope.
