Halloween Eve, 2015

Our local university, Stetson University, had a fun Halloween event last Friday afternoon.  We didn't know exactly what to expect but it had enough information on that flyer that we knew it would have something the boys would enjoy.  So, we loaded up and headed over for some Halloween fun.

They had an inflatable corn maze that was the talk of the event.  It was so cute.  The kids loved it!
And, they really loved running into friends there.  Those friends pointed us to the Sweet Spot ice cream.  Yummy!

Both boys tried and loved the rock wall.  I was surprised Jonah tried it in front of so many people but he did.  He would have stayed there for hours just trying to reach the top.  He got very close.

The best moment was when the guys came over and cheered him on.  I love to see friends celebrate each other.  This world is full of so much negativity and competition that genuine happiness and joy for another isn't always evident.  These guys were so happy for my boys.  Logan especially knows that Jonah isn't the first to try something athletically so he was cheering the loudest.

We came home from the Stetson U event and got busy painting our pumpkins.  This family doesn't have much of an artistic gene so I didn't figure we would be at this for very long.

Ole Danno decided to freehand the Mississippi State Logo.  Who knew he had it in him?

The look on my face in the next picture was because Jonah was talking to Micah as he took his picture.  He was being so kind and sweet to his little brother. I could only sit and smile.

Gigi was here for our pumpkin painting and she couldn't escape Jonah's camera.
